Refund and Returns Policy

At SUN BAGS PVT. LTD., we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our bags. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or faulty upon delivery
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong model, color, or size)
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 2 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and invoices must be included

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order bags
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance or sale items, unless defective

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support at Sunbags70@gmail.com / M. 87587 11000 with:
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions
  3. Ship the product back to us within [3] days of approval

⚠️ Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are Not availability

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item, we bear the return shipping cost
  • For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees

7. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Refunds and returns for bulk or wholesale orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be governed by separate agreements.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return
